Guest guest
Hello everyone, I got the results of my cortisol test and it is high at night and in the morning. Should I still take HC? What else should I do? I've heard that PS is good. What else can I do? I keep reading that I should aleviate all stress. That's a great idea. Guest guest
No I would not recommend HC for high cortisol. PS is good as well as DHEA if you arelow in it, and Zinc too,. Holy Basil is said to help lower cortils and ashwaganda nd rhodiola are both good adaptogens that are safe to take with high cortiosl. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Thanks, Val, So why is the cortisol high instead of low? Is one worse than the other? I was high cortisol at night and low in the morning for the last year. Are things getting worse?
