Guest guest
I've been told that depression is nothing but a bunch of negative thoughts and if you think about it ,,,,,,,,,that's exactly what it is , try pushing away those bad thoughts with good ones ,,,, even if you have to keep repeating the good ones over and over again. You may find it helps. Hope so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharon T. * Brosta wrote: Hi, I take Saint s Wort, it stops me from getting depressed, I know people who have got over panic attacks taking SJW. Guest guest
Hi! Just thought I'd add that depression from my experience is b's deficiency.Over in Germany, they have had outstanding results in dealing with depression. Before they write Rx's for depression over there, they try live source B vitamins (all the B's) first. And they have great success with this. Hope that helps! > > I've been told that depression is nothing but a bunch of negative thoughts and if you think about it ,,,,,,,,,that's exactly what it is , t
Guest guest
Hi Aviva, Great to hear you got off the paxil, you will be so much healthier for that decision. Fish oil and a good multi will help also. Pro-biotics can also be beneficial if there has been drugs in the past, especially steroids or antibiotics but most drugs mess with the bowels. Its true also that getting out and or helping others is really a benefit to all people, but especially if you are down. I just heard the story of Steve Saint this weekend, there is no way a person could feel like their life is bad after listening to what happend to him. Of course he learned to turn things around and is completely happy and teaching others how to move on from hurts. Its always helpful to keep things in perspective for sure. Take care. aviva rosenthal wrote: >st. john's wort and daily exercise, as well as avoiding sugar like the plague, have been extremely helpful for me...i took paxil for ten years and had non-stop migraines for four years, which ceased two days after i went off the paxil and never came back. > get out of the house and interact with as many people as possible--you'll get things in perspective and see that you're not alone. and, of course, this list. > aviva > > >--------------------------------- > > >
