Hi,

I have had 2 goes at Oxygen Station. You breathe oxygen for 10-20-40minutes through the nose tubing. The first time I tried this I was reclined back in a chair, once I finished I had to stand transfer back to my chair. My leg spasm's were not there (or as strong) and I was able to bend my knees easier to get myself in a sitting position so I could stand.

Now was this the oxygen that made the spasms less? or

was it because I was relaxed for 20 minutes?

I tried oxygen station again today, I stayed in my chair this time. Oxygen station was at the hairdresser I go to. So after having it for 20min I had to transfer onto a chair to wash my hair. I could not really tell this time if my spasm was less or not.

Maybe next time I should try it then transfer into my chair and see if my knees bend easier and spasm is less, umm
