How about near syncope? Per Stedman's Psych/Neuro, there is no word

" neurosyncopy " , and I'm thining maybe he/she is saying near syncope.. I hear

that frequently. As far as the qual negative, I'm stumped on that one.

Quantitatively would make sense there, though. Hope this helps

My guess is that the doc is saying near syncope and qual stands for

qualitative or quality, but in this case it would be qualitative.
