Anyone have recipe to make the following bread.

I wonder how much cornstarch per cup of flour, and if yeast is used, etc.

thanks

hi Calvin,

I have celiac disease and can't have any gluten. I know that you can substitute

cornstarch - equal to equal - for regular flour. I've made cookies and such and

it works. It's a little drier but I also use apple sauce as part of my liquid.

Good luck. Oh another point is that in Europe, celiac is fairly well recognized

and there is food available. I just received some great gluten free snacks from

someone in Paris!
