I'm having a bit of a problem trying to figure this out. Any help is

appreciated!

EXTREMITIES: No edema. There is an abrasion over the left elbow with a

slight olecranon bursal inflammation. He has decreased range of motion of

the left elbow both in extension and flexion. It is fairly tender. The

left hip is tender, but not bruised.

We agreed on the following plan:

1. He is sent to x-rays for both elbow and hip, and at this dictation

reportedly are normal.

2. First aid to the elbow with s/l " chenchin violet " .

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Karla :)
