Karla, First patient, without any s/l, it would be really hard to guess at what

the doc is trying to say, is it even related to the fact that she is on oxygen,

or is the doc going in another direction? Sorry.

Second patient the s/l would be pontine infarct. Margaret

Newbie needs help again. :-)

First patient:

" PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Shows her to be on oxygen. She is slightly ___. " I

can't even come up with a s/l. :-(

Second patient:

ASSESSMENT:

1. Spinal stenosis.

2. Mechanical back pain.

3. Stroke, s/l " pontea " infarct.

4. Coumadin therapy.

5. Reflux esophagitis.

6. Fatigue.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Karla
