Hi, I'm one of the 'newbees' - DX last year... docs think for at

least 4 yrs before that... I think maybe even back to HS ('98).

What is '4AP'? Where did you learn what 'vitamins, minerals,

essential fatty acids, exercise, stretching, etc.' to work with? I

am so over whelmed with all the info out there. I've been copying

stuff of this site and a few other places, but have yet too start

implimenting the new found info. Too bad my doc is completely 'drug

trained'. : ( I've tried asking him about some of the nutrition

stuff and get " Just try to eat a healthy diet. "

I would love to have one of your books. We are a bit short with $,

but CAN afford half - I can't believe you'd give books away! You

must be doing pretty good. I should talk to my ms group leader,

something like what your book looks like would be good for everyone

with ms!

Nice to 'meet' you Tom! God bless you,

Fortunately I have done very well with vitamins, minerals, essential

fatty acids, exercise, stretching, etc.

muscle spasms in my legs and back. Four years ago I started

taking " LDN..4.5 mg " and since that time there has been no

progression other than those spasms.

spasms..........That is the reason for this post. There has been a

significant improvement that has taken most of that time to notice.

The dose starts @ 5mg every 8 hours for a week then 10ms every 12

hours for a week then 10 mg every 8 hours thereafter. IT REALLY,

REALLY works and there are no adverse side effects.

and most of the others except for Copaxone which has proven to be

without adverse effects and reasonably helpful for some.
