Guest guest
Hi, I'm one of the 'newbees' - DX last year... docs think for at least 4 yrs before that... I think maybe even back to HS ('98). What is '4AP'? Where did you learn what 'vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, exercise, stretching, etc.' to work with? I am so over whelmed with all the info out there. I've been copying stuff of this site and a few other places, but have yet too start implimenting the new found info. Too bad my doc is completely 'drug trained'. : ( I've tried asking him about some of the nutrition stuff and get " Just try to eat a healthy diet. " I would love to have one of your books. We are a bit short with $, but CAN afford half - I can't believe you'd give books away! You must be doing pretty good. I should talk to my ms group leader, something like what your book looks like would be good for everyone with ms! Nice to 'meet' you Tom! God bless you, > > Hi Folks, > Many of you oldtimers... lol...know me and those that don't ...Hello. > > I have been diagnosed since 1984 and have always shunned the drugs due to their experimental nature and adverse side effects. Fortunately I have done very well with vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, exercise, stretching, etc. > > The primary and only significant problem that I have had are muscle spasms in my legs and back. Four years ago I started taking " LDN..4.5 mg " and since that time there has been no progression other than those spasms. > > Two weeks ago I started taking " 4AP " for those spasms..........That is the reason for this post. There has been a significant improvement that has taken most of that time to notice. The dose starts @ 5mg every 8 hours for a week then 10ms every 12 hours for a week then 10 mg every 8 hours thereafter. IT REALLY, REALLY works and there are no adverse side effects. > > You all know that I am anti-drug....what with the " TSABRI " chaos and most of the others except for Copaxone which has proven to be without adverse effects and reasonably helpful for some. > > Best regards .
