interstitial s/l nephritis

I know this cannot be right. This doc turns his recorder on and off after every

two words (drives me nuts!!!) Therefore, he cuts most of the word that he's

either starting or finishing. It s/l interstital nephritis. I know thats not

right. I am definitely not hearing markings.

A: Strep pharyngitis, associated rash.

P: Pen Vee K 500 mg #40 1 qid, take until gone to prevent complications

such as interstitial ______. Drink milkshakes until throat feels better.
