Re: Drinking Water

Hi,

I used to drink distilled water, but now I drink water filtered by an

inexpensive Brita filtration device which I purchased at the local

supermarket. It is a lot cheaper and more convenient than distilled and

seems to be alright for me. Fortunately, the water here in Virginia

Beach is pretty good anyway, so that helps.

I use a counter top water distiller. And after it goes through that it spends

about a day in the kitchen window in a glass bottle with a quartz crystal in it

to give it a recharge.

Hey all u MSers!

Quick Q: Do you filter your water (or buy bottled?)

How and why?

my data: Aquasana AS-4000 filter, like it but may be looking to take a

step up...

I use a Brita filter to filter my well water. I had an ro system when

I lived in town. I drink very little bottled water. Although they

have attractive names, some are bottled directly from the tap water.

There's a great article on the Hallelujah Acres website about

Russian research in regards to distilled and RO water. It's acidic

which is not good for the body. It also saps energy from the body.

It's dead water. We drink Pi-mag water which is living, full of

minerals, will give the body more energy and is absorbable by the

cells due to its small molecular structure. It also contains some

far-infrared reflecting components so the water will contain that

healing energy. I went one step further and use an optimizer that

super oxygenates the water. I was detoxing for about 3 weeks when I

started using it. My skin smelled bad and I had to shower a lot! A

lot of athletes use it because it improves the oxygen levels in the

body. The water is cheap to produce and filter costs are minimal

but the optimizer was pretty pricey. If anyone is interested

perhaps I can create a folder about the water in the files section

when I have a bit of extra time.

I know...I know...lol. I knew all about the down falls of distilled when I

bought it. (silly me huh) where we were living I didn't have much control over

filtering water. I couldn't convince my inlaws to put in a RO system (which at

the time was my first choice). And for the longest time I was using a counter

top pitcher type filter. But it still tasted funny and there was some hype in

the city going on about bacteria in the water and having to boil it. (I

know...me and my excuses :) ) I've been looking at the 3 stage filters w/ the

alkalizers or putting in a R/O system or even thinking that the rainsoft system

that I'm putting in will be good enough for drinking water, now that I am in the

possition to put in what ever kind of filtration I want I not only want to make

sure I have great tasting water but water that is good for me. So I guess I was

looking more for recomendations for filtration for drinking water and not

necessarily trying to be pro distilled like I came

across... :)

Does the Reiki or Crystals put the minerals back in??? That would be my

biggest concern. Since we are so depleted in minerals as a population

removing it from our water just makes things worse. I drank distilled

water for years and years and probably one of the contributory reasons

I got sick.

water after its gone through the filter as will as put in a quartz crystal in it

to help replace some of the lost energy.

Hi ,

Click on this link and then scroll down to right and click on

appropriate link to connect to special site. This is the best on I know

of and I will be buying soon. I already use the sport model for travel

and around the house drinking. My R/O system was 6k and I wish I had

know about his system instead, but time for a change. (the link

is long, if it does not work I will have to tell you how to get in)

Thats like what I'm wanting to get. Maybe I will have to try the sports model,

I thought about getting it last month. I didn't know they had larger units.

Hi ,

The smaller units are available directly on the webiste but the larger

units are through the wellness company. We do get a discout though as

associates. The water bottle saves me a ton of money whenever I go away

cause I can use what ever water is available and not worry. Bottled

water is a joke as most of it is not even filtered and its just way too

expensive!

Mineral water is great if it is not contaminated with enveronmental

pollutants. Your best types, that are least likely to be

contaminated are deep artesian well water, or high mountain spring

water. Try to find out the source.

If you can afford to splurge, there are certian water purifiers that

clean EVERYTHING out of the water, then add back the minerals. I

think that Nikken makes one. I am sure there are other companies

that make one too.

The company who I think has the best one is Wellness Water. Here is the

link.

http://www.wellnessfilter.com/Products/Home.asp I use the water carafe

right now and the water tastes really good after it goes through the

filter. I am going to get a home unit soon to replace my R/O system.

process, can you list some products and give us

some information and your personal comments about them?
