Guest guest
Hi , I always say, you never know what you could be preventing. I've helped about 6 people with MS to walk better with the insoles. Only one person had no noticeable difference and she was already in a wheelchair for a long time and not mobile at all. I wear mine most of the time and notice a drop in energy levels if I go more than a week or so without them. My Dad, whose in his 70's had a rather funny thing happen a few years ago. He went down in the basement to bring up the umbrella stand. There's two and he brought up the biggest one, not realizing it. The year before he hadn't been able to carry it. He swore to my Mom it was the little one until she showed him different! My Mom attributes that extra strength to the insoles since that was the only thing he'd been doing different. If anyone wants to read some testimonials I've got quite a few of them collected but I can't post them on the net. Email is okay. The Professor of Neurology who did the diabetic neuropathy study with insoles (90% improvement in over 300 people who weren't helped with drugs) said he would be happy to do a similar study with MS but would need the funding. If anyone has connections that can help, let me know. I would love to see this done. Sharon > > I have a post on my experience with magnetic insoles, made by > Nikken. Guest guest
do you all wear the hard or soft insoles? I am looking at them on ebay and see there are two types. Thank you, Jackie Re: MS magnets Hi , I always say, you never know what you could be preventing. I've helped about 6 people with MS to walk better with the insoles. Guest guest
Hi Sharon, Isn't it a wonderful wacky mystery we call life. Every second is an opportunity and our witnessing (living) is seen and felt by many that we are unaware of. It all counts. I'm glad to share my journey and this time on earth, for what it is worth. Peace & love, > > > > I have a post on my experience with magnetic insoles, made by > > Nikken. I bought two pairs about 15 years ago. I am wearing the > > first pair as I write. Guest guest
I bought my insoles so long ago, I don't know that I had a choice of hard or soft. My insoles are flexible, but pretty darn sturdy. They have little bumps on one side, if you want a textured experience and are flat on the other. The magnetic effect seems to be the same regardless of which side touches the foot. Hope this helps. Peace & Love, > > > > I have a post on my experience with magnetic insoles, made by > > Nikken. Guest guest
it does, thank you . Still very new to this. I have had MS for 10+ years, but nothing problematic until a month ago. Still not sure how I am going to walk around Disneyworld in a month. Thank you again. Jackie Re: MS magnets I bought my insoles so long ago, I don't know that I had a choice of hard or soft. Guest guest
I used the hard ones with the bumps. They took a long time to get used to and I could not wear them all day. My husband could not use those at all and he wore the softer ones. I did notice my feet would not get as sore but then if I kept them on too long they would get more sore. Guest guest
I hope you find some benefit from the insoles. I can not predict the results you will get, however, I put them in my shoes everyday. I hope you have a great time and get to walk everywhere you want at Disneyworld. Guest guest
My wife loved the bumps and thought it was like a massage. I alternated, but settled for bumps down. Maybe I'm on my feet more. On a long day my feet got sore, too. Peace & Love, > > >do you all wear the hard or soft insoles?
