Guest guest
Your Right On! Have a Happy and Healthy Day, Kopera cayenne If you mix the cayenne with lemon, it makes it more alkaline and should be more soothing to the stomach. Adding maple syrup to this mixture really turns it into " The Master Cleanse " Kathy

Guest guest
Slightly off topic here, but anything alkaline takes the bite ( " pica " in Spanish) out of hot spices derived from peppers. In Mexico chocolate is often used, though any form of sugar, honey included can take that " pica " right out, while preserving the health-giving properties of the cayenne or other hot peppers. Love to you all, n, who lived in Mexico City for three years and lived to tell the tale, despite the altitude: 7,800 feet! --------- cayenne > > If you mix the cayenne with lemon, it makes it more alkaline and should be more > soothing to the stomach.
