Guest guest
I am about to do my second flush soon and would like to hear some advice about preperations for softening calcified multifaceted (hard) stones. My first flush produced a lot of soft stones and gunk from my bladder and ducts. According to an ultrasound I still have a 1 cm stone in my gb that I was suspecting as the cause of my attacks and as encouragement to attempt cleansing vs. operation. Now, I want to prep as well as possible for a successful attempt on my second flush. Does drinking 1/2 gallon of apple juice 3 days before a cleanse soften a calcified stone? Or, is apple juice only used to assist bowel movement? I can't get gold coin grass in my location and am not sure it is needed for softening or not. Is apple juice all I need or is tere a better softener for stones? Barry.
