Guest guest
I think I would have the hospital fax your records to Dr. Levin. If you explained what happened I would hopt they would be happy to fax them for you. The mail has been a lot slower lately. I waited 2 weeks for a payment to arrive a few weeks ago. Don't give up. > Hello ladies, > > > I'm needing to vent about the postal service, i sent my records > through the mail to go to Dr. L's office a week ago and the post > office lost my records and made it seem like it is my fault. Guest guest
, I know how frustrated you must be. when i was trying to get all my stuff together it seemed like everything kept coming up to de-rail my plans! I was fortunate enough to get my records to dr. L with no problem though, thank goodness. Have you tried having your TL dr or hospital fax your records to Dr. L? I called the hospital where my TL was done and asked them to send me a release form. I filled it out and sent it back to them with Dr. L's fax # and they had it taken care of within the week that they received my release form. I know you have already went to a lot of trouble to get your records yourself and send them thru the mail, but if they dont turn up soon, you could try this to maybe speed things up a little. Hope this helps, and hang in there, it does get better. michelle > Hello ladies, > > > I'm needing to vent about the postal service, i sent my records > through the mail to go to Dr. L's office a week ago and the post > office lost my records and made it seem like it is my fault. POst office has had mine 2 weeks. I am faxing this time. But I have never gotten the stupid records to fax yet. I am faxing the release form and insisting they fax ME them instead of mailing. I have to pay $1.75 a sheet to fax long distance and $1 a sheet to reciece so it is not like I like doing it! Lori
