Hi all

How can I tell if I am on too much HC. Just got to 20mg today and feel

slightly odd and have noticed I am squinting from the glare/brightness

which is not normally a bother. Still only taking 7.5mcg SR T3 every

second day.

Thanks Margo

Re: How can you tell?

OKAY, sounds like you may be able to answer something for me Bill..I have low pregnenalone and dhea, testo, progest, adrenal sodium potas thyroid..so I do believe its more than adrenal based.

I was given a homeopathic pituitary and hyppothalamus supplement..and a bit wary about taking it..I also was thinking about taking the biotichs research brand of cytozyme pt/hpt for the same reason am wary ...does the area need more stimulation?>>>>I do not think it is possible to have high cortisol and low BP.>>>me too....maybe high acth right..from adrenaline?Adrenalin has not released by ACTH (pituitary). The hypothalamus, via the sympathetic nerves, triggers the release of adrenalin.Bill --- ------------------------------------

Not necessarily. But it does need less blocking.

Blocking from high estrogens? Mercury? Xenoestrogens? Toxins?

You need to consult a professional, for the proper testing,

because right now there's only guessing.

Taking adaptogens wouldn't hurt. (Google that.)

yes to highish mercury, lead and aluminum..but chelation made me worse.

yes to high estrogen..but only relative to the low progesterone

no to xenoestrogens..health nut eat organic meditarranian..use zero "products" cleaning or beauty that arent free of all that.>>OKAY, sounds like you may be able to answer something for me Bill.. worse than it used to be. I Feel more rushed/hassled and just ever

anything to do with it?

Periods seeem to be very difficult for some women when they have weak

adrenals. This si a time of low progesterone and many women need extra

HC just around the time of their periods, why not try a stress dos for

2-3 days.

VAL,

I meant to include this Q to you in my ALDOS post.

I'm about 8-10 days away from my period. Extremely HOT this time round

+ my rings are very tight on my hands. I thought my ankles looked a

bit swollen too. How do these symptoms correlate with low aldosterone?

Or should I rephrase & ask: what other hormones does low Alsos reduce?

AND finally: can one reverse a low aldos problem???

Thanks!

Progesterone is a precursor to aldosterone so ti si not that lwo

aldosterone causes ANY hormnoens to be less but low progesterone can

cause low aldosterone. low Progesterone alo is responsible for many of

the PMS type symtopms women get.
