need a good medical necessity letter

Hi everyone! I saw the samples of the letters of medical necessity

here. Does anyone know of any other web sites I can go to that will

have good ones?? I want to find a good letter to type out and just

have my ped sign it (is that legal?) I don't have time to fiddle fart

around considering I don't believe the ped has ever written out a

medical necessity letter regarding plagio. Thanks

Where are you getting treatment? We went to cranial tech in NJ, and

they gave my ped (at my request) a sample letter of med. necessity

that was " successfule " with insurance that he was able to use to

tailor to 's specific case. I never saw the actual letter, or

I'd email you a copy (insurance paid 100%) Perhaps your provider can

do the same....

Hi! I don't know if it helps you or not, but I just added a copy of

ours (I think it's pretty good) to Hannah's photo folder. My ped

had never written one either, so I had her go over some before she

wrote one for our second band. THis was from the first band written

by a neurosurgeon.
