Please! I need help with Cigna

Hi, I am new to the group & experiencing frustration with Cigna. They say that they do not cover the DOC Band under DME. They have "run queries" and "checked their records" and deny that they have ever paid a claim under DME. Even though I know this to be untrue, I can't PROVE it unless I give them specific examples. Is there anybody out there that has had the DOC Band covered by Cigna under DME, and is willing to help? (Provide your name.) My email is danielleduncan@... and I am in Flower Mound, Texas.
