Thank you for the recommendation. Are you doing the first cleanse

listed or the second one? I noted the first is much more expensive.

Also, are you doing any sort of fasting or eating regularly?

I am doing the more expensive cleanse but I am not fasting during this time. The

company explains the cleanse can be done in three ways: good, better or best. I

am doing the middle one (better). This consists of light healthy meals . I will

not fast as I don't know how my ms would respond and the cleanse is so effective

I don't want my body to view it as " traumatic " by removing the food equation.

Just how I view things. May not be the best approach but I am getting great

results and would rather purchase another kit in the near future than have old

symptoms flare up. I never really believe that many people had mucoid plaque and

i certainly never thought one of those people would have been me. I do cleanses

4 or 5 times a year and get a couple colonics per year. It just blew me away .

Anyway, I highly recommend it and wish you the best.
