Hi and the group,

I want to say I am really sorry for my recent post that included my

farewell. I have valued 's knowledge and help over the years that

we have been on this and other forums together. She has remained

faithful as I have to try and help others the best way we know how. We

have opposing ideas in many areas but agree to disagree. The one thing

we do agree on is the need to get the message across that this disease

can be managed or reversed with lifestyle changes. I try very hard to

never say negative words, I really messed up. I have been under a

tremendous amount of personal stress lately, some good, some bad, no

excuses, just reality and some bad timing.

The one thing I hate about these forums is that we have no faces, no

expressions, no body language. I recently met Aviva face to face with

her son Max, because of this meeting I felt more defensive then normal.

Aviva certainly needs no one to come to her defense and I just blew

things up in my mind. Perhaps I can blame it on the cleanse I was just

going through, more emotional cleansing perhaps. I need to learn to let

go of things as they happen!

For those of you that expressed your appreciation of my posts online,

thank you! For those that called and wrote me privately, you are the

ones that keep me coming back daily for years. For those that are still

jumping up and down with excitement at me leaving, sorry to say I will

be back. I am taking a break though, too much going on in my life to be

of any help to others. MScured has become part of my daily life. This

group reminds me daily to keep on track with my own good habits as I

never want to slip back to ill health again! Although I did slip up and

drink a Starbucks coffee today, my personal comfort drink (slap me!).

Love to all and if you hate me please, please let it go, anger and hate

is so very damaging! Blessings,

Hi Rich,

You could always start, no never mind, don't recommend that. I started

drinking a few beers over the summer while I was in Italy, and it was

fine but I knew I did not want to let that become a habit. Look forward

to talking to you again soon.

Hi, , actually I do like a cold beer on occasion, with food, but it doesn't

like me. If I were to have A beer with A slice of pizza for example, I would

almost be gaurenteed a case of the gout the next day, that would last a week.

Not worth it. Again, glad you're still with us. We need all the informed points

of views that we can get, all across the spectrum. I worry about being

repetitive, but most of what I post is from my own experiances' aimed mostly at

the " new comers " because they are the ones that need help and information the

most. Anouther reason I'm glad you're back is I need to kinda drop off of the

radar screen for a while to do some philisophical wrighting that needs to be

done. As you probably know I'm also an advocate of quality supplements along

with a proper diet, so keep on carying that flag. There is a damb good argument

for the raw foods diet, if one has done the ground work, and is discaplined, and

highly motovated to do it. Mabey it is THE way? I

really hope does get better. If not, there's always Vital PSP. ...RP

Hi Rich,

Too much yeast I guess, I ate pizza and drank beer for 3 weeks in Italy

and never had a problem. In fact nothing I ate over there gave me a

problem, it was truly a blessing.

Anyway I trying to pull away from the forum for a while as life is just

too busy. I also just ordered this new book and will be taking the time

to read that. I also am singing in choir (highly recommended) and

involved in 40 days of faith at my church. I will have most my nights

taken up. It is suppose to rain though and those days I can spend online

since the ranch is not much fun on those days.So anyone, stay away from

the beer and pizza!
