I will wait it out. If on 3/15, when I see my neuro, it hasn't stopped then we'll have to discuss things. Sleepiness is happening now. Fred is doing her last potty break before she wakes me up at 4 am to go again. She has to check the backyard for the bad squirrels, raccoons and opossums you know...lol Shirley cassandra workmn wrote: Hey

Shirley.this is awful.so sorry your getn a bad side effect.do you think you will wait it out or stop ?well,at least you can get some sleep now, maybe that will help the side effects.Your in my thoughts and prayers.big hugzzz, cassy[aishirlssbcglobal (DOT) net] wrote:Arrghh!...lol I put 2 and 2 together today. I'd been having chest tightness. I haven't been sleeping either for almost 2 weeks. Well, I go to sleep about 3 am and then sleep until noon or later. I thought the chest tightness was from my cold. What I deducted this morning was...Hey, I wake up with no chest tightness. It starts in the evening. Hey, it starts after I do my Copaxone shot. Hey, I need to call my neuro.Chest tightness is a side effect, that should go away. Strange it took 5 weeks for this side effect to start. But my neuro said that's how this one can work. But is should go away. How long? Can't say. But I understand that.

Everyone is different. She gave me something to help me sleep! Yeah! I hope I can go to sleep at a decent time tonight! Not getting good sleep isn't helping the chest tightness either.I guess this chest tightness is what the MS hug would feel like. It's like being hugged tightly, continuously. I do the shot about 6:30 pm and fall asleep about 3 am. So about 9 hours of it.Now I'm wondering if this stuffy heady, congested feeling and ears clogged is an alergic reaction to the Copaxone too. I have way too much head pressure and nothing wants or needs to come out. Cold meds aren't helping. I figured I'd wait until next week to call her about this problem. Maybe with sleep it will get better too.Oh, and I can't do the Copaxone shot in my thighs. the Avonex ruined my thighs. Last week I injected in my right thigh, I tightened so hard it came out. I use an autoinjector so the med was coming out of the syringe. So I had to re-stab myself so I

wouldn't waste the med. Not a fun thing to do. I called my neuro on this yesterday. she told me where I could do it at instead. I did the shot in the butt where the back of the thigh meets. I had no problem.I think that's all with my Copaxone.H & K'sShirleyI'm alphabetizing my M & M's
