Guest guest
Hi All Thanks for all your advice re E's sore throats etc. It would seem that all along this is a side effect of Respiradol. It can cause sore throats, fevers, inflammation, clamminess and I did already know about the swallowing issues but never dreamed about the pharyngitis!! So we start taking him slowly off thids and if aggression persists - which I think it will we need to try soemthing else. Mum to E 15yrs In for the long haul!!! [csb-autism- rx] Re: re Help Please Hi , I was just wondering how your son is doing? Where you said he had a recent sinus infection, I wondered if he might be keeping his mouth open with his tongue so he can breathe. Or if he might not be able to chew and swallow because he can't breathe when his mouth is closed. Because you also mentioned his tongue is swollen, I had the same first thought as ... that it might be an allergen. I hope he is feeling much better... > > > Hi All > Im wondering if anybody has come across similar problems. > My son is having issues with chewing and swallowing foods - particuarly in the chewing of foods- even thin breads.
