I have just ordered some Experience and Clear from Awareness for the first time. From your experience with these products do you think that it's best to take them for a few weeks before doing a Liver flush? From my experience, take the Experience first. Be sure your bowels are moving at least twice a day before adding the Clear to your daily routine. That is my opinion.
