The above link, from a source from India, describes some of the benefits of

curcumin, the active ingredient in Turmeric--besides it tastes so good!

Cheers to you all,

--------- Re: need help

I wouldn't recommend steriods, it'll only give you temporary relief as down the

road it has harmful effects which will lead you back to where you started out,

that I know is a fact. Keep reading the boards Kopera is one who could give

you great advice as she has overcome and has handled her symtoms. I would say

ride it out continue to eat right and take your extra vitamins & supplements

which is very important. Continue to read the boards and network as you will see

many people having the same problems and read the suggestions and follow

through.

I've been on LDN for several months and take a wide variety of

supplements (some Mannatech). I recently went to a nutrionist who has

given additional supplements. I've added organic food and am trying

to follow a raw diet. The problem is I continue to get worse. Most

recently, my right leg has felt like led, hard to move and a lot

weaker. Do I call my neurologist who is going to suggest steroids,

tysabri or a chemo drug or do I ride it out? It's hard to walk or

move the right leg or foot. Any suggestions would be much

appreciated! Thanks!
