Guest guest
Well, I'm having trouble getting my work done. Just got the cutest puppy. She's a 7 week old chihuahua. I've always had dogs and have never had much of a problem housebreaking them. This one, however, is different. I take her outside and she sticks like glue to me. Most puppies like to explore, but not her. She stays right w/me and doesn't budge. So of course the time spent outside is wasted. I swear she can hold it longer than any puppy I've seen. If I catch her in the act in the house, I say NO! and pick her up and take her out. Well, she can pinch it off for hours and still won't go....until I bring her back in the housed. She just loves the carpet! I am crate training her, but hate to keep her in it all the time. Anyone have any suggestions? Any advice appreciated. I think it's the breed maybe...you know how clingy chihuahuas can be. val
