The BP tests for Adrenal Fatigue are reliable or not? how about pupil tests?

Hi, all.

Yesterday at about 11 AM I did the two B.P. tests.

The first time B.P. was at 98,60. After I stood up immediately (Maybe

too quickly? The pulse rate was 90+) B.P was 113,77.

Does that mean I do not have Adrenal Fatigue because the B.P. had rised

by 10-20 after standing up? Are the BP tests reliable?
