Guest guest
I think your stomach and gallbladder discomfort may well be helped by using the herb called Slippery elm, you will probably be able to find plenty of info on this. Sorry that I don't have any particular reference. >> *********************** Good idea and you're right. I forgot that I also take Slippery Elm Bark. It's good stuff. I'm out of Dr. Cabot's Livatone right now, so I bought some of this at the health food store. Sjusie

Annie from England Dear Annie, I have also a problem with fluorescent lighting - it makes me feel nausious and disoriented. I noticed it one day when I was in the ceiling fan department of a large store. I also have trouble driving when the sun is brightly shining through the tops of trees. I get a migraine headache. (I am other wise not prone to migraines, in general) I thought that it was a mild form of epilepsy. If it's related to a toxic liver that is food for thought. Guest guest
Susie and Suzanne, Regarding the fluorescent lighting, I have had the same problem in the past, particularly while shopping in Wal-Mart. After studying this for a while, I switched all of the fluorescent lighting in my office over to full spectrum lighting, which more closely imitates sunlight, and found that it makes a tremendous difference. No more headaches during the day, less eyes strain, none of that dizzy feeling. It was expensive to switch over to full spectrum (the light tubes alone are $20-$30 per tube) but it was worth it. Try a search for " Ott lighting " or " full spectrum lighting " or " Ott full spectrum lighting " for more information.
