Guest guest
I deleted the message that was posted by the person with bad constipation but my thoughts are as follows: Don't eat anymore than you need, i.e., really listen to your body's desire for food, and only then eat just enough fuel the body.. avoid sugar as much as possible - including sharply narrowing milk and other things that contain sugars since it sounds likely that you have excessive yeast growth. cut out fats as much as possible - these slow digestion and your body doesn't need it. eat plenty of raw, saltless saurekraut or unpasteurized, additive free kimchi. These fermented vegetables greatly aid digestion and contain lots of enzymes, minerals and nutrients. It combines well with virtually all foods and will substitute for the acid flavor that we crave in sugars and fats. it also contains plenty of beneficial bacteria that are essential for digestion. the lactic acid is also unfavorable for non-native intestinal flora such as yeasts and other bacteria. It is also very very important to move. when you can, walk or excersise to get your blood moving and decongest. I think you will find that eating will slow you down and the more you move, the more you will realize how little food we actually NEED and that we can efficiently process. Good luck.
