Hi jenny:

Glad the helmet is now fitting better!! Some members have had their

baby wear the helmet at bed time only at the end of treatment.

Hi ,

Glad to hear Dylan is making progress. Yes, we have had members whose

babies didn't have to wear their helmets full time at the end of

treatment.

Dear ,

Please keep us posted on Dylan after you've had time to digest and get

settled back at home.

Hugs,

Congrats on the numbers!!!Disgusting on the insurance. You would think they would pay to have the child to get corrected and not have to go through surgery!!I really hope everything turns out for you guys. As far as cast cooler, one of the down falls with it is you have to move around the cast because it's not big enough got the cast. But we don't mind because it really helps jaylin out. I do not know about the vest. Live, laugh, and loveJoyOn Mar 19, 2012, at 1:52 PM, "" <amanda_clifft@...> wrote:

Hey everyone, I just wanted to update on Dylan's progress. He received his 2nd cast on the1st and they were able to get him down to a 19 in the cast! We are really excited about the progress. We however are not excited about our insurance denying us again and saying his treatment his not medically necessary when he can stay in LR and have surgery instead. I am fuming!! Sorry, I just had to vent for a minute. One quick question, where can you get a cooling vest and a cast cooler? What are the pros and cons of each? Thanks guys!

That's great! Do you have united healthcare by chance? We do and are having the

same problem...they will not cover the manipulation of the spine portion.
