Hi Ms. Sawyer,

If you physicians choose to use the call in system, then you (your

transcriptionists)

would have to purchase PlayAll software. This allows to transcribe the

voice

dictation from your physicians. ($about 400.00-500.00). Your physicians

opting

to use the call in need to have an Internet connection to be able to

download

their files after they have been transcribed. Your cost is 1/2 a cent a

line.

Your transcriptionists would also need a foot pedal, but this comes with

the

Playall software.

If you physicians choose to purchase the equipment, which is the hand

held digital

recorder, flash card and reader, then the cost is $420.00. He would

still require

an Internet connection as well. We provide you with our transcription

software

Worldplay free of charge. Your cost would be 1/2 cent a 65 character

line.

We will not bill your clients, we will only bill you directly.
