Subject: Re: Trying to stop CytomelTo: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 9:54 AM Leisa and Val, does wine increase cortisol ? i have the same thing as Leisa- every evening I look forward to a glass of wine about 6.00 PM. It is very relaxing. I have stopped that since Jan 1 and dont know if I feel better. Once I drink the wine, I dont want to do anything else. That is why I stopped, even though is it a really nice relaxing activity for me. Sylvia
