HI ALL,

I'VE BEEN TAKING SEAVEGG SINCE OCTOBER. ONLY 1 A DAY THOUGH. I

HAVENT NOTICED A CHANGE REALLY, OTHER THAN NO CONSTIPATION WHICH I

GUESS IS GOOD, BUT I WAS THINKING ABOUT CANCELLING MY AUTOSHIP

DELIVERY. SLOWLY REINTRODUCING FRUITS N VEGGIES N WATER [sTUFF THAT

MADE ME SO SICK I DROPPED TO UNDER 100 POUNDS BELIEVE IT OR NOT] I

COUNTERACT THE OPPOSITE OF CONSTIPATION FROM ALOT OF GOOD FOODS WITH

AN IRON SUPPLEMENT TO ENCOURAGE CONSTIPATION.

MAYBE UP IT TO 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY BEFORE I CANCEL THE AUTOSHIP. DO

THAT FOR A MONTH, THEN DECIDE? I GIVE IT TO MY CATS ON THEIR FOOD

AND DOG TOO SO I AVOID THE 3 A DAY THING SO THEY CAN BENEFIT TOO.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? ANY THOUGHTS ON WHY A FORMER VEGAN AND

HEALTH NUT GOT SICK FROM SIMPLE STUFF LIKE FRUITS, VEGGIES, N WATER?

THE DOCS CAN NEVER ANSWER OR EVEN TRY TO.
