Hi all!

I'm wondering if any of you can help me with a question? I found soy

powder and soy isolate at the grocery store in the health food

section, the soy powder was cheaper....but what's the difference? And

can they be used as a replacement for flour? They also had wheat

gluten....not sure what this is...but I've seen it in Gabi's Bread

recipe...any ideas on this.....I don't have a bread machine....so I

need low carb breads I can make without one.

Thank you for any help you can give me with this! I appreciate it!

Kelli
