Guest guest
Hi, I found this site about the 5day cleanse from Dr Schulze; http://shepherds-rod.org/HEAL/crusade/foundprog4.htm here's the whole page it came from; http://shepherds-rod.org/HEAL/crusade/ I haven't been having major pain or big attacks, but a gnawing kind under ribs, between shoulder blades, under arm, around navel, belching, bad taste in mouth and jittery feeling, poor sleeping. This started in Oct when I overindulged in chocolate candy. I started reading this site, and drank some apple juce with olive oil and it soothed it right away. Now it's back again, my favorite thing is milk, I've eaten a little chocolate and some other things with fat. A few days ago I squeezed a large lemon in a glass, added a quarter cup of olive oil and filled it up with water and drank it straight down. Early this morning when I visited the bathroom and looked at what came out, it was a bowel movement and the whole bunch floated. It was in pieces and looked soft, so I took a piece of rolled up paper and stirred it around. It came apart easily, but I didn't see anything unusual. I wonder why it floated? Sometimes some of it does, but this was a lot and it all floated. The gnawing is gone for now. I've been kind of babying this along for a while and reading all your experiences. Today is my first day of retirement, so I will have the time to do the cleans properly now. I was afraid of getting sick, right now I have a broken leg I've been working with because you can't be on sick leave and retire. I'm 56, and worked for Verizon for 29 years and got one of those retirement incentive packages.HOORAH, YIPPIE!! There must be stones or sludge eventhough I haven't had major pain yet, the 2 simple things I did helped relieve the pain. Has anyone had it sneak up on them like this?
