Hello, everyone,

I'm doing a cleanse tonight, and for the first part of it, I'm going to use

ES. In the morning I'm going to use Magnesium Citrate. The last time that I

did this, it worked fine. But I took two bottles of mag. citrate in the

morning.

So someone said, No, only a half a bottle, then when it's time to take it

again, take the other half. I want to make sure. Is it only 1/2 bottle at a

time?
