Guest guest
Humans are the only species that will drink another species' milk. And humans are the only species that drink milk past weaning. Even though goat's milk is tolerated by most folks much better than cow's milk, both are sources of dietary cholesterol, the number one killer on the planet. I think milk drinking is a custom more than a source of nutrition. Once you find enough substitutes for the traditional dairy foods that you are accustomed to, you won't miss the dairy products. Experiment! Nut milks and vegan cheeses are finding their way into our culture's choices, so play with them and see what you think. > > Seems like everything these days are bad for you.
