What's the absolute minimum on Ferritan?

Doc wants me to add T4 to my cytomel. I have to try it to passify

him. I know that's stupid but right now I have no other choice

financially.

So, a month ago my ferritan was 36. I've waited to increase thyroid in

any way until bringing that up but it isn't moving. Been supplementing

and now my ferritan is 31. :>(. I need to increase T3 and add that

damn T4 but I know you say Val that with low ferritan it will turn

into RT3.

What's your bottom line on ferritan? Is doing anything else thyroid

wise really counterproductive?

I'm so fustrated.
