Guest guest
Hi , I took Zinc tablets years ago when I first started getting into supplements. I did not know that Zinc needs copper as they work together. I ended up being copper deficient. Because copper is involved in many functions of the body, copper deficiency produces an extensive range of symptoms. These symptoms include iron deficiency anemia, ruptured blood vessels, osteoporosis, joint problems, brain disturbances, elevated LDL cholesterol and reduced HDL cholesterol levels, increased susceptibility to infections due to poor immune function, loss of pigment in the hair and skin, weakness, fatigue, breathing difficulties, skin sores, poor thyroid function, and irregular heart beat. So just something to be aware of. > > > > > > One thought with my sculpture I inhale a lot of zink when I bend the > wire. (It is what the galvanize is made of)Maybe that helps? Guest guest
Hi Rich, I agree, I learned the hard way not only once but twice that you should never isolate minerals or vitamins as they are synergistic in nature and need each other to function. God did not make an orange with just vitamin C. I also became magnesium deficient not too long after my copper problem cause I was mega dosing on Calcium. You know a little is good so more is better. Boy I have learned alot since those days and magnesium deficiency can cause all kinds of undesirable symptoms! You know people are going to start asking what is the diet, hey , better write a book. rich perillo wrote: > > Thats why I keep harping on Chelated Multi- Mineral tablets. Guest guest
n, You are so funny with your descriptive emails, are you excited about writing a book or have you overdosed on single nutrients? Guest guest
MS has never made me sleepy, unless I am having a major exacerbation, nor have I ever been depressed. Just born chronically cheerful. However, that Solgar Magnesium Glynate (does NOT cause the " MOM " effect (diarrhea) that Magnesium Oxide, i.e., Milk of Magnesia (hence " MOM " effect) often causes. Of course there all the other vitamins, herbs, including crataegus oxyacanthus (for digestion), Milk Thistle (for the liver,), as I also have cystic fibrosis--I mean I can get " high " just thinking about anything truly organic! I will spare you discussion of digestive enzymes! And, of course, I am excited about writing a book, but do not think that I have YET overdosed on any nutrients, and a modest drinker of Murchie's (Canada) " naturally lower caffeine " and " fairly traded " organic coffees! Love to you, , and to all on our list, n, peering out at the Golden Gate Bridge (which is red; the gateway is golden as in to the gold up in them thar hills, in the Sierra, M.~ -------------- Original message ---------------------- > n, > > You are so funny with your descriptive emails, are you excited about > writing a book or have you overdosed on single nutrients? > > Rojas5915@... wrote: > > > > Yes! Guest guest
Hi , I don't know about the copper pipes, if you have no symptoms then that is good, just wanted you to be aware of the possibility.
