Guest guest Posted December 17, 2001 Report Share Posted December 17, 2001 I did a flush yesterday - did more or less what I did previous times, except I had more olive oil (a little more than a cup, as opposed to about half a cup previously.) I felt AWFUL - wanted to vomit but didn't. The results were incredible though - hundreds of green stones/globs/whatever - the biggest 15mm across the widest part. I squashed it between 2 flat wooden sticks (got them from the craft store, but didn't tell the lady what I'd be doing with them!) and it sure looked like solid fat. Bright green. (Lighter colour than in the past - does this have any significance? Anybody?) I'm horrified to think that all that muck was inside my liver and gallbladder! Squashing that and realising that it is solid fat that was sitting in my liver/GB sure had me rethink my diet. I've always struggled to stick to diets, but I think this will make me change my eating habits in a BIG way - I sure look at food differently now. This time it took me about almost a day to " recover " i.e. before I felt well again - previously I felt fine all the time. I'm going to space my flushes further apart now (at least two weeks, I reckon) but will continue until the results show I'm clean.
