Hi,

I'm doing a report of an abdominal aortogram and left renal artery

angiogram and can't document a catheter and a guide wire:

Contrast was injected and an abdominal aortogram was obtained. The

5-French pigtail catheter was then exchanged for a 7-French x 45 cm arrow

sheath, which was advanced into the abdominal aorta. Then, a 5-French

s/l *soss (or sauce) three* catheter was advanced over the guide wire and

through the sheath into the abdominal aorta. The left renal artery was

then catheterized with the s/l *soss (or sauce) three* catheter.

I also don't know if it's III or 3 with this unknown catheter. He also

dictates a : TAD guide wire. Is " TAD " all caps like I have it?

If you can help, please email me as well as the group. Thanks so much!
