Good Afternoon Everyone,

If you can help it never go shopping for a lot of groceries alone.

Today was the first time I did major grocery shopping(my frig and

freezer were echoing).

I didn't think it would be so bad. Once I started reaching here and

grabbing that I was in a tail spin. Once I felt the dizziness really

hit I started to panic. ( I could just picture myself falling over the

displays) let alone hurting myself. The commissary was crowded so I

parked my basket. That basket seemed like it was a mile away all I

could do was literally throw the stuff down I had in my hand down and

concentrate on making to the basket so I could grab the handle for

support. So glad I made it!!! whew!!! Then the thought of I had to

carry all the bags in the house. I live an in townhouse but fast

thinking I drove up on the lawn backed the car all the way up to my

front door and carried one bag at a time. The only thing I put up is

the cold items. I'll get to the other stuff later I'm worn out... So

please let this be a lesson.

Don't go alone for a lot of stuff, or don't let you cabinets and frig

get to empty. Sorry for it being long. Have a hard time telling short

stories even when I was in school.(always had a note in red....make it

shorter and too the point) I guess some habits are hard to break. :0)

Take care all and have a Blessed Afternoon
