I don't know what edition you have, but I found it under Dyna. Third

edition, page 181. What edition do you have?

The only thing I found that sounds remotely like that has to do with car

brakes.. (could be a possibility..)

I found Dyna-Lok system in Vera Pyle's Current Medical Terminology and it

does refer to a plating system for the spine, so this is probably what you

are looking for.
