DHA is one of my favorite nutrients and I have all my kids (and adults and

myself!) on a lot of it; I never consider it as having any influence on the A

and D levels.  I also have not heard anything about there needing to be a

separation of DHA and the fat soluble vitamins.  If you read or hear anything,

please let me know.  One thing I know is, parents get tired of having to give

pills at all times of the day and night, and as much as possible I try to give

once or twice daily and at bedtime (like zinc and LDN), though sometimes for

things that need to be given on an empty stomach that is not always possible.

Dr. JM,

Can you please update us on where you stand on Dr. Cannell's suggestions in your

book?

I am struggling with whether to drop CLO and replace with Klaire A and higher

Vitamin D. I'm also considering trying the Vitamin D push he suggested in your

book. I'm also considering the high dose A protocol.

Thanks Dr McCandless. We give our oils together and I thought I remembered

seeing something about separating them, but it may have been a single post.
