Hi all

I just have some chicken livers from fresh organic chickens I just wonder how

many chicken livers can I give a 16 yo? is it one a day or two a day he would

also have the blue ice fermented cod liver oil 3500iu'sper serving also is it

better to give vit a and vit D at separate times ?

Regards

According to Dr. Cannell, too much A interferes with D, and if you are

giving 3500iu a day of CLO, you would need to give 10 X that amount of Vit D a

day.  That is a very big amount of Vit D to take daily day in and day out in my

opinion, and way too much Vit A.  I think I would give that much A only once a

week, with 5000iu of Vit D daily.  As to the chicken livers, I have no idea

how much A they have, and how such an esoteric fact could be standardized

is beyond me. Dr. JM

I hope all the people making vitamins for ASD children-like Klaire, Kirkman etc-

will reduce the amt of Vit A in their Multivitamin formulas( It is usually

5000-7500IU).
