Guest guest
<< http://www.ofesite.com/health/reflex/chart/index.htm >> ********************** Wow, , that's about where my foot's been hurting where it points to the GB. I'd like to find out about the hand. Sometime's my thumb is a bit sore, maybe between my thumb and pointing finger. Is that the point? Thanks, Susie
Guest guest
Thanks, . My hand doesn't hurt there, but my foot does hurt where it's shown. Maybe my thumb's hurting because of computer work. That is possible. But I surely appreciate these charts. I saved them to my favorites as I feel they will be of great help. I know there's a place on your hands that you can put pressure on if you have a bad headache. I'll have to study these. I surely am thankful! Guest guest
If you ever know anyone who is experiencing heart pain, squeeze the little finger on the outsides of the fingernail. in other words - not the front and back, but the sides of the nail. >> ********************* , Which finger, right or left? Thanks, Susie
Guest guest
It's the little finger on the left hand. I have a friend who has had some heart problems and she tried this the last time she had heart pains. >> ************************** This may be a lifersaver to know. Thanks a lot! Guest guest
Isn't that interesting!!! There's GOT to be a connection, right?? Here's a link to a chart for the hand: http://www.holistichealth.com/digestive/pay/handreflex.html The pressure point for the gallbladder isn't in the spot that you mentioned, but hopefully the chart will still be of some help. --- Tishri7@... wrote: > << > http://www.ofesite.com/health/reflex/chart/index.htm > >> > ********************** > Wow, , that's about where my foot's been > hurting where it points to the > GB. > I'd like to find out about the hand. Guest guest
When the massage therapist worked on that pressure point in my foot I didn't feel anything at first (except in my foot, of course!). But he kept pressure on it for a few minutes and as we were talking all of a sudden I felt something. It's hard to describe, but it was sort of like a feeling of warm fluid. It was inside me and I couldn't tell you exactly where I felt it, but I would think it was the gallbladder. It was an odd feeling. This is off topic, but it's something that might come in handy for someone at some point. If you ever know anyone who is experiencing heart pain, squeeze the little finger on the outsides of the fingernail. in other words - not the front and back, but the sides of the nail. I've been told that this can alleviate heart pain while waiting for medical attention. Of course it goes without saying that it isn't a replacement for medical attention for heart pain! It's just something that can ease the pain in the meantime. Just thought I would pass that along. --- Tishri7@... wrote: > Thanks, . Guest guest
Susie It's the little finger on the left hand. I have a friend who has had some heart problems and she tried this the last time she had heart pains. She said that it actually did help to alleviate the pain which helped during the time when they were waiting for medical attention. --- Tishri7@... wrote: > If you ever know > anyone who is experiencing heart pain, squeeze the > little finger on the outsides of the fingernail. > in > other words - not the front and back, but the sides > of > the nail. >> > ********************* > , > Which finger, right or left? > Thanks, > Susie > __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Do you happen to have a chart for the ear reflexology points? I see the feet and hand charts, but not one for the ear.
