Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for your information. I didn't see anything in the cleanse procedures that says calcium stones, even though harder than cholesteral stones, are any harder to pass. If the ducts relax with the salts and are very flexible, a 1 cm stone shouldn't be any harder than the 2 cm stones that I have heard has been past. I'm sure my continueing diet before my next cleanse, and the 4 day apple juice (which I didn't do on my first cleanse) may help to assist in softening before the flush. Thank you for your help. Guest guest
Dear , A 1 inch cholesterol stone will soften and be crushable with fingers whereas a 1 cm calcium stone will be harder and more difficult to pass? Is this what you mean? Does calcium stones soften the same as a cholesterol stone during the flushing process or does it take many months of flushes and dieting to break down a hard 'calcium' stone to the point of being able to exit the gb? Thank you, Barry. > > > Barry, I also have calcified stones (3), the largest 1.3 cm. I had > > done 15 > > > cleanses trying to get my gallbladder clear. But they stay in > > there. Guest guest
Barry, the large cholesterol stones I passed were not crushable. They were not quite as hard as modeling clay. I'm not quite sure how much a calcium stone would soften up in preparation for a flush. According to Dr. Cabot, though, diet will play a role in causing the stones to soften and dissolve. What Chang said was that sometimes the calcium stones will just not move. But if one gets flushed out of the gallbladder there should be enough bile to push it through. laura ----- Original Message ----- From: " barry91162 " <barry91162@...> <gallstones > Sent: Saturday, December 15, 2001 9:16 PM Subject: Re: 1 cm stone in gall bladder.
