Guest guest Posted November 21, 2003 Report Share Posted November 21, 2003 Hi ... hope Trentyn is doing much. What we do... or at least try, is that as soon as I feel febrile I take my temp... As soon as it hits 38.0 I take two Tylenols or something like it and take a cold bath. I keep monitoring the fever until it subsides. Also, putting some wet cold cloth under the neck and armpits helps a lot. Finally, if I'm really sick I try not to remain alone for long periods of time just in case the fever starts increasing and I can't lower it; if it gets to 40.0 I go directly to the hospital.
