I too have the same problem. Recently , in the mails someone ( who

had a sensative stomach) was told to just take one epsom salt drink

before the oil/ juice drink and then one more in the morning . Anyone

remember??

- Epsom salts.

Hello Barry,

If that happened to me I would cut the amt of salt down on the next cleans,

I might try 1/2 the amt of salts or the mag. citrate that is also

recommended.

I want to get the full effect of the

Smart is believing only half of what you hear,

brilliant is knowing which half to believe.

Barry,

we assume that body takes as much as it needs, and all over it is suppose

to induce diarrhea.

But, if ES is very concentrated, it is possible that body immediately makes

diarrhea.

If you got diarrhea in the evening, then you took too much epsom salt. (or

far too little water)

Make sure that TBSP of Epsom Salt is NOT heaping TBSP.

Take with knife all abowe the edge of the spoon.

Also, size of TBSP can be extremely different.

I have seen huge (or deep) tablespoons that can hold 3-4 times more Epsom

Salt then small tablespoons.

That is why you should not take 4TBSP as a fixed measure.

If you have sensitive scale, then the average amount of Epsom Salt should

be ~20g.

20g = 4 TBSP

But, some people may need 5-10g, other may need 30-40g.

You can try to take the half of the amount you took last time, or even less.

Because, You do not need diarrhea in the evening.

It is the best if you can sleep all night, without diarrhea, or colon

irritation.

Some people take only one TSP in the evening, and then they take more ES in

the morning.

Diarrhea in the morning is very important, to flush small and large

intestine, and remove all what came out from the liver/GB.

Thank you Agnes for clearing this up for me. In my cleanses, I.ve

had so much diarrhea prior to the oil/ juice drink that there was

nothing left in the morning.
