I have used ProFlowers 4 times and have been extremely pleased with the quality and promptness of their service. All the flower recipients were over joyed too. Anyway, I ordered from them again for my mother's birthday a few days before Christmas. My parents live on a rural route so I was hesitant but decided to try it anyway. Well, I screwed up royally and made two typos--I put RR #1 rather than #11 and even goofed their telephone number so they couldn't reach my mother. (Really, I'm a very good typist.) The lady who received the flowers called ProFlowers to tell them they weren't hers and then a ProFlowers rep called and even sent an e-mail and, of course, I wasn't home. To make a long story shorter, they resent the flowers ($58) even though it was totally my fault at no additional charge.! I was definitely impressed! Will I use them again? You bet! A few days ago I posted that WebRX didn't list 5 mg NADH on their site and that I had e-mailed them inquiring. I received an e-mail back from them saying the 5 mg were out of stock [PLS-Friends probably bought them all:-)] but they would be in stock soon. So I decided, no biggie, and decided just to order the 2.5 mg and take more. When I signed back on, the 2.5 mg were on sale (I'm not suggesting because of my e-mail) but ended up ordering enough for a 2 month supply. On checking out, they showed a coupon worth $24.
