Is that clear as mud? Hope this helps! Of course, you transcribe it they

way the doc wants you to do it! In my case, the docs would want me to

transcribe one-third as 1/3.

MT Guide Do's and Don'ts says:

Fractions are not used with metric system nor with the percent (%) sign.

Decimals are used with the metric system to describe parts of whole numbers.

The answer would be: 0.25 cc
