Guest guest
Hello everyone! I just did a self-assessment questionnaire for adrenal health and think this could be a reason for my lack of energy. Has anyone else found a correlation between adrenal fatigue and their energy levels? I was thinking of trying Lorna Vanderhaeghe's AdrenaSense which contains five active ingredients (herbs): Rhodiola, Suma, Siberian Ginseng, Schizandra Berries, and Ashwagandha. Are any of these herbs a no-no when it comes to MS? Thanks! Robyn
Guest guest
Hi Robyn, Absolutely there is a correlation. The hormonal system is responsible for energy, mood, sex drive, healing, temperature control, all kinds of things. My adrenals were completely exhausted during the time I was most ill. I am sorry I cannot comment on the herbs you are going to take, I took wild yam root and aminos to support my endocrine system. robyng13 wrote: >Hello everyone! >I just did a self-assessment questionnaire for adrenal health and think >this could be a reason for my lack of energy.
